The CATS, Inc. Program

The Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program is a humane and effective method to control outdoor feral and community cat populations. Under this program, cats are:
• Trapped safely and humanely
• Vaccinated and treated for minor illness or injury if necessary
• Spayed/Neutered
• Ear-tipped for identification and given pain medication
• Returned to their original outdoor location after recovery
Our funding assistance is provided for approved residents of Arizona who agree to participate in accordance with Community Action Trap & Snip program rules. Click the link to get approval.

Trap Rental: Traps are available for rent from CATS representatives for a $20.00 cash donation, $10.00 refundable upon return of the trap in good condition.
